Position Summary: Lead Residential Shades Installer
AVDG is seeking an exceptional Lead Shades Installer whose primary responsibility is to supervise, measure and install low-voltage window treatment systems in residential smart home projects. You will collaborate with other installation technicians to mentor and train the proper execution of all required installation techniques.
The successful candidate will have experience measuring, installing, and fabricating high-end shades and other window treatment products. You will be leading teams completing projects with a flexible attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for integrating innovative technology.

Pay Rate: $70,720 - $103,400/annually depending on background and experience.
This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance.
