Real Estate and Construction coordinator will be responsible for gathering and managing the flow of information between real estate, design, construction, lease administration and other cross functional partners and parties. The Coordinator will be a crucial team and is responsible for gathering and tracking of data and documentation pertaining to each location, renewal, new or expansion project. Maintaining and organizing project documentation, plans and reports; completing tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project progress to team members and other stakeholders. Coordinators are the glue that holds together all of the different departments and professions involved in site selection, lease negotiation/renewal, construction, construction schedules, design and lease administration process. They ensure that everyone is doing their job, the process or project is on schedule and ensuring all departments are working toward the same goal. They will support the entire team. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects is critical for this role.

Pay Rate: $65,000 - $80,000/yr depending on background and experience.
