Coordinator, CRM Campaign Produciton

The purpose of this job is to assist the CRM Email team in organizing and executing campaigns and initiatives

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • QA testing for email and SMS campaigns
  • Organize and compile data for email scheduling
  • Process email opt-out requests
  • Compile daily traffic and sales reports
  • Enter tasks into project management system
  • Additional duties as assigned.

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Marketing or related field or 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience).
  • Familiarity with email and database management tools (e.g. Epsilon)
  • Experience managing effective email marketing programs a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of HTML and email coding best practices a plus but not required
