Position Summary: Project Management Specialist

The Project Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and trafficking of marketing deliverables in support of monthly promotional plans as assigned by Project Management leadership. The Project Management Specialist ensures that every step and process is handled seamlessly, documented, holds the source of truth for each project and delivers within scope, budget and on time. Project types include promotional campaigns, tentpole events, and other advertising efforts.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

· Review requests for assigned campaigns/deliverables to ensure all information needed to complete work if provided, alert stakeholders to all dependencies and potential risks; schedule all phases/tasks/milestones according to established SLAs.

· Monitor all assigned deliverable due dates, communicate statuses regularly to stakeholders.

· Track approval process: posting in proofing tool, gather feedback, obtain approvals, deliver files.

· Attend and communicate job statuses in campaign meetings.

· Use workflow management system to track projects and record all decisions, direction, and bottlenecks.

· Oversee additional special projects (branding updates, tactical experimentation, etc) when required.

· Process invoices.

· Additional duties as assigned

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

· Basic project management experience, ideally in marketing or the equivalent

· Experience working within Project Management Tools (e.g. JIRA, Base Camp, Quickbase, Workfront, Wrike, Monday.com etc)

· Demonstrated understanding of managing/trafficking various types of marketing deliverables (e.g. Print, Web Development, Email, Video/Audio spots, Social Media Campaigns)

· Scheduling, managing timelines, and multi tasking

Pay Rate: $50,000- $65,600/yr depending on background and experience.
