SHIFT SCHEDULE: Fri - Sun 6am-6:30pm

3x12 shifts

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: 

The purpose of this job is to lead operational tasks such as receiving, packing, picking, driving power equipment, etc., guiding workflow and training Associates to improve processes to provide high quality and cost effective production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs department operational tasks assigned by Supervisor, such as shipping, receiving,
    etc.
  • Monitors and assists associates to ensure certain procedures are being followed.
  • Guides daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of assignments.
  • Trains associates on department tasks.
  • Ensures reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Organizes the warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.
  • Ensures compliance to safety operational guidelines, including individual work area and
    department
  • Additional duties as assigned.

PAY RATE: Staring at $20.00 per hour

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience)
