We are looking to hire a GC Pro Team Leader professional right away who can work remotely, at this time. The candidate must be open to and able to work in one of our call centers when they reopen in the future. The ideal candidate will be a hunter adept at developing a client base through cold calling, consultative selling, and experience with AV solutions and general knowledge of musical instruments.

 

Position Summary: GC Pro Team Leader

The Team Leader supports associates ensuring we deliver a first-class customer experience. The Team Leader acts as a subject matter expect in various areas of the sales process and works in tandem with the Manager, Inside Sales to provide support to newer Account Managers with less than a year tenure in the department.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to new associate training, systems training, resolving customer problems, addressing complaints, handling call escalations, and working with their supervisor on coaching new associates.  In addition to maintaining an existing book of business, the Team Leader will be responsible for customer outreach and meet or exceed monthly sales and annual growth targets. 

 

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Provides daily direction and communication to associates so that customer issues are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Ensures associates have appropriate training and other resources to perform their duties.
  • Communicate any process or performance concerns to the Supervisor & assist with problem solving.
  • Train and develop associates.
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates interdepartmentally.
  • Acts as a role model for professional behavior and performance at all times.
  • Ensures confidentiality of internal and external data.
  • Fosters a positive team environment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
