The Shipping Associate is responsible for picking and packing customer orders with power equipment.



  • Locates and pulls items stored on multileveled racks in the warehouse, based on a RF device direction.
  • Packs and secures items using the provided packing materials.
  • Assesses the size, shape and number of items per order for proper carton or envelope usage.
  • Utilizes High Jump computer system to ensure accuracy of all orders.
  • Picks product from the proper locations by powered equipment (minimum of 50% of the time.)
  • Loads packages with an RF device (minimum of 50% of the time.)
  • Loads outbound parcel truck (minimum 50% of the time.)
  • Processes and prints customer orders to the warehouse (minimum 50% of the time.)
