Who You Are: Picture this: You, rocking a Customer First mindset, driving digital sales through phone and virtual consultations. You offer expert guidance while ensuring every Customer finds their perfect instrument and has a blast doing it.

Your Gig as a Gear Advisor II:

 As our Gear Advisor II, you'll be the virtuoso of customer engagement, digital interaction, product expertise, and revenue generation. Your stage will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Dive into calls, build rapport, and create a personalized sales experience.
  • Digital Engagement: Embrace the digital stage, utilizing platforms to showcase products and enhance the virtual shopping experience for our customers.
  • Product Expertise: Become the expert of premium musical instruments, guiding customers with your extensive knowledge, and showcasing the unique features and benefits.
  • Sales Generation: Hit those targets, upsell like a pro, provide interactive virtual sales consultations, and build your book of business.
  • A Student Mindset: a perpetual eagerness to learn, openness to constructive feedback, and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence: Assertive communication, self-assuredness, and a collaborative approach with a poised demeanor to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
