Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Product Management within the Guitar Center Technology team, you will be a people leader and strategist for the product offerings of the organization overall. You will collaborate closely with the c-suite, executive stakeholders, potentially the board of directors, and cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, retail sales and operations, and digital marketing, to ensure the successful development and delivery of products that align with our business objectives and delight our customers.
This role requires a visionary thinker - ideally with a strong understanding of retail and omnichannel trends - with excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. This role will have the unique ability to champion the voice of the customer, the voice of associates, and advocate for the interests of the business.

Pay Rate: $225,000.00 - $275,000.00 annually depending on background and experience. This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance.
